Book Review: All Our Yesterdays

ALL OUR YESTERDAYS

This YA Dystopian Series thing is getting out of hand. This cover reminds me a lot of the Divergent and Insurgent books (currently reading Allegiant, review coming soon!). And admittedly,
I liked it more when I thought it was stand alone. ANYWHO. Time travel, friendships, love, betrayal
– I likey before I’ve even read the first page.

Imprisoned in a secret military base, Em finds a note stuffed down the drain. “You have to kill him.” It’s a mission only she can complete. And with the help of Finn, she must travel back to her life before now, before the world become the kind of place you don’t want to be.
Marina has been in love with James since she met him as a child. Now, as James loses everything, Marina has to help her best friend face his biggest loss – a loss that’s changing him completely.

The time travel aspect was a little confusing for a while (and I still have some logistics questions), but it was an enjoyable read. Drama, tension, lurve, action, fights – ah, drama on the small pages of my Kindle.
