Daily Challenge: Day 11

Today’s challenge is impossible for me. Pick one quote? Are you kidding? Is that even possible?! So I shall write down several that I love after the jump. For those who’re lazy, just read the above one from Robert Frost. Love it.

“This above all, to refuse to be a victim. Unless I can do that I can do nothing. I have to recant, give up the old belief that I am powerless and because of it nothing I can do will ever hurt anyone. A lie which was always more disastrous than the truth would have been.”
Margret Atwood – Surfacing

“And friends like apples are sometimes sour. But like friends we remember them for the days when they were sweet and full of sun”
K. Sello Duiker – The Quiet Violence of Dreams

“My page was too white
My ink too thin
The day wouldn’t write
What the night pencilled in”
– Leonard Cohen

“There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.”
– Leonard Cohen

“Do not go gentle into that good night,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
– Dylan Thomas
